  • The role involves providing technical expertise for assigned project(s) related to Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM.
  • Candidates should have hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud ERP & HCM Conversions, Integrations, and Reporting.
  • The position requires the ability to understand client requirements, map, configure, and deliver solutions in business environments within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A fair degree of analytical skills is necessary to understand customer business processes.
  • The candidate should have over 10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud.
  • Expert knowledge and working experience in Oracle Cloud ERP and HCM Conversions, Integrations, and Reporting are essential.
  • Technical expertise in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP, specifically in modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Expenses, Requisitions, and Purchasing is required.
  • The candidate should also have technical expertise in implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, including Conversions, Integrations, Reporting, Fast formulas, Workforce Management, HCM Data Models, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Time & Labor, and compensation modules.
  • Hands-on technical experience in writing code related to Oracle applications (pl/sql, people tools, advanced SQL, OTBI Reporting) is necessary.
  • The candidate should provide referenceable quality documents, delivery oversight, and senior lead quality designs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are required to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills are necessary to develop initiatives and recommend solutions to improve efficiency.
  • The candidate should demonstrate solid leadership qualities and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • The ability to work independently and drive deliverables to completion is essential.
  • The candidate must respond quickly to shifting priorities and work well both independently and in a team environment.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Security, Approvals, Data Conversions, OTBI, Smart View, and FRS Reports is required.
  • The candidate should have experience in requirements gathering, mapping, configuring, testing, user training, cut-over activities, and post-go-live support.
  • Full life cycle implementation experience of Cloud ERP and HCM is necessary.
  • The candidate should assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex technical issues/problems.
  • Comprehensive ability to discuss the ERP Data Model in Oracle Cloud is required.
  • Understanding of core structure components in Oracle Cloud, including Work Structures and DFFs, is necessary.
  • Security design and implementation (SSO) experience is required.
  • Familiarity with data conversion mechanisms like HDL, FBDI, Oracle REST, Oracle SOAP, and OIC is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Report development using BI/OTBI/FRS/SmartView, approval configurations, inbound/outbound interfaces, and integrations, as well as developing extracts and security implementation, are also part of the role.
