Description:

• Vistrada is seeking a highly motivated and talented Full Stack Engineer to enhance and optimize the client's User Interface.
• This position requires a high-functioning person who can self-manage within a structure and is interested in learning new theories, concepts, principles, and methodologies.
• The engineer will be responsible for building convincing proposals that help achieve groundbreaking ends.
• Consulting experience is a plus, but client-facing experience is a must-have.
• In this role, the engineer will maintain and develop new features in the client's React web application and internal tools.
• The engineer will assist and maintain features in the client’s Golang backend services.
• Responsibilities include architecting, designing, and developing software that enables customers to manage critical operations impacting their business's sustainability and efficiency.
• The engineer will troubleshoot and problem-solve across platforms and recommend and maintain technical design methodologies, processes, and standards.
• Participation in cross-functional design teams to develop expertise in other modules/systems is expected.
• The engineer will engage with Product Management to drive detailed product requirements.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree (minimum) or equivalent practical work experience in Computer Science/Engineering or Computer Programming is required.
• The candidate must have 2+ years of hands-on experience with React, including hooks, state management solutions, and component lifecycle optimization.
• Strong expertise in modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript is necessary, with experience implementing type-safe code patterns.
• Experience with CSS technologies such as styled-components, SASS, or Tailwind is required.
• Familiarity with frontend testing frameworks such as Jest and React Testing Library, along with basic CI/CD workflow knowledge, is needed.
• Coding experience in Golang is required, or the willingness and aptitude to learn Golang.
• A working knowledge of micro-service architectures and large-scale API design and development is essential.
• Excellent coding fundamentals with a strong understanding of functional programming principles are necessary.
• Experience working with Product Management and Design teams to build and maintain component UI libraries is required.
• The candidate must have confidence in designing frontend architecture and maintainable, readable code.
• Experience crafting complex product technologies and initiatives from concept through release is necessary.
• The ability to collaborate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential.
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications is required.
• Strong collaboration skills, promoting others’ ideas, influencing others, and making teams successful are necessary.
• Excellent organizational agility and interpersonal skills throughout the organization are required.
