We are seeking an experienced Data Architect with strong expertise in healthcare claims data and data modeling.
The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs across our healthcare domain.
Experience with pharmacy data will be considered a strong plus.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures.
The candidate will develop and maintain logical and physical data models for healthcare claims data.
Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions is essential.
The role requires ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
The candidate will optimize data storage, integration, and retrieval processes for performance and accuracy.
Providing technical guidance on best practices in data architecture and governance is also a key responsibility.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on healthcare claims data.
Strong proficiency in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical models, is necessary.
Experience with relational and cloud-based data platforms such as SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP is required.
A strong understanding of healthcare data standards, formats, and processing workflows is essential.
