  • The ideal candidate will design, implement, and optimize data architectures to support analytics, reporting, and operational needs across our healthcare domain.
  • Experience with pharmacy data will be considered a strong plus.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures.
  • The candidate will develop and maintain logical and physical data models for healthcare claims data.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective data solutions is essential.
  • The role requires ensuring compliance with healthcare data standards such as HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR.
  • The candidate will optimize data storage, integration, and retrieval processes for performance and accuracy.
  • Providing technical guidance on best practices in data architecture and governance is also a key responsibility.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in data architecture, with a focus on healthcare claims data.
  • Strong proficiency in data modeling, including conceptual, logical, and physical models, is necessary.
  • Experience with relational and cloud-based data platforms such as SQL Server, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, and GCP is required.
  • A strong understanding of healthcare data standards, formats, and processing workflows is essential.
