SWK Technologies is seeking a Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect specialized in Acumatica to join their dynamic team.
The role involves collaborating with clients to identify their unique business processes and requirements.
The position requires leveraging the capabilities of the Acumatica platform to design and implement customized solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive growth.
This is a remote position, with occasional travel up to 25% required.
It is a full-time role in a remote-first workplace.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field of study is required.
Experience in ERP software as a sales engineer, solutions architect, business process consultant, or implementation consultant is necessary.
Familiarity with distribution, construction, manufacturing, field services, supply chain, payroll, financials, and/or Inventory ERP is a plus, along with knowledge of competitive solutions such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Epicor, SysPro, Infor, Viewpoint, Deltek, etc.
A basic understanding of accounting is required.
Experience in presenting and demonstrating Business Application Software (Mid-Market ERP) is essential.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills are necessary to eliminate software gap obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
Strong presentation and professional communication skills are required.
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business and technical information to recommend solutions that meet customer business requirements is essential.
The candidate must be a self-motivated self-starter with a proven track record in business software and comfortable in a dynamic technical organization.
The role involves supporting the sales team by answering product questions and assisting in responding to prospect RFIs and RFPs.
Conducting discovery sessions with prospects and customers to understand their requirements and pain points is necessary.
The candidate must analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, and interfaces with other systems.
Creating and delivering budgetary estimates for prospects' review is required.
Preparing and delivering technical presentations, explaining product features and benefits, and demonstrating how products can solve customer problems is essential.
Collaboration with independent software vendors (ISVs) in identifying their solution fit on new Acumatica opportunities is necessary.
Ongoing support to the sales team, including answering technical questions, handling objections, and preparing Proposals and Statements of Work, is required.
Providing documentation on specific solutions to aid implementation and consulting teams is necessary.
The candidate must provide feedback and suggested solutions regarding business needs, deficiencies, and challenges.
Attendance at virtual and in-person events such as conferences, seminars, and trade shows is required.
