The AI Agent team focuses on creating advanced AI Agents that solve practical customer problems using the latest technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
As an AI Agent Engineer, you will deploy AI agents to tackle real-world challenges, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, integrating them with external systems, optimizing performance, gathering requirements, conducting demos, coordinating projects, and providing technical guidance.
The role requires strong engineering skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration is necessary.
Proficiency in Python and Golang is essential, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
A strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is required, with hands-on experience in building such systems preferred.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring) is necessary.
Hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines is required.
Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
An analytical approach to decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, is necessary.
The ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate effectively with PMs and engineers is required.
