  • The AI Agent team focuses on creating advanced AI Agents that solve practical customer problems using the latest technologies in Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agent systems.
  • As an AI Agent Engineer, you will deploy AI agents to tackle real-world challenges, collaborating with customers and internal teams to ensure successful implementations.
  • Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and deploying AI agents, integrating them with external systems, optimizing performance, gathering requirements, conducting demos, coordinating projects, and providing technical guidance.
  • The role requires strong engineering skills, adaptability, and a customer-focused approach.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in software development, AI/ML engineering, or system integration is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Python and Golang is essential, with the ability to write clean and efficient code.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and prompt engineering techniques are strongly preferred.
  • A strong understanding of AI agent frameworks, function calling, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is required, with hands-on experience in building such systems preferred.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, containerization, monitoring) is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with integrating systems via APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines is required.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills are essential.
  • An analytical approach to decision-making, including A/B testing and performance monitoring, is necessary.
  • The ability to thrive in cross-functional environments and collaborate effectively with PMs and engineers is required.
