The AI Architect will work on the Professional Services team, collaborating with clients to build AI for Customers (AIC) and AI for Representatives (AIR) agents and tooling.
Responsibilities include leading technical discovery sessions, designing AI agents, building demo environments, guiding data integration, supporting pre-sales conversations, and authoring documentation.
The role requires collaboration with customer stakeholders and travel up to 25% for onsite engagements.
Requirements:
Several years of experience in engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, preferably in Enterprise B2C SaaS and Professional Services delivery.
Proven track record in prompt engineering, API integrations, and hands-on prototype development.
Ability to conduct effective customer discovery sessions to understand workflows and business processes.
Experience with machine learning concepts and the ability to communicate value to diverse audiences.
Familiarity with Customer Experience and Support, including governance, security, and omnichannel delivery.
Proficiency in testing REST APIs and debugging.
Strong presentation skills to explain complex ideas and guide stakeholders.
An innate curiosity for exploring new technologies and sharing insights with colleagues.
