MindBridge is seeking an experienced AI Architect to join their team, reporting to the CTO.
The role involves leading the architectural design and technical strategy for agentic AI capabilities in the MindBridge platform.
Responsibilities include designing scalable, secure, and maintainable AI and cloud-based solutions.
The AI Architect will establish architectural frameworks, technical standards, and governance best practices for agentic AI development.
The position requires creating and maintaining technical roadmaps for AI implementation.
The architect will lead a team to deliver key agentic AI capabilities and prototypes.
Providing architectural oversight and technical direction for complex AI projects is essential.
The role includes reviewing and approving designs, identifying and mitigating architectural risks.
The architect will evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks for AI.
Collaboration with development teams to ensure compliance with architecture and technical excellence is necessary.
Producing detailed architecture documentation and technical specifications is part of the job.
Implementing MLOps best practices and ethical AI governance practices around the agentic AI framework is required.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 7+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, particularly generative AI models.
Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, and OpenAI is necessary.
Experience with LLMs and generative AI, including prompt engineering and RAG techniques, is required.
Hands-on experience with model deployment and fine-tuning is essential.
Strong cloud architecture and microservices design experience is needed.
Proficiency in backend development (Python, Java), RESTful APIs, and event-driven architectures is required.
Candidates should be skilled in distributed systems, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and orchestration tools.
A deep knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, object storage, and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
A strong background in cloud security, compliance, and data protection best practices is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of development and documentation is necessary.
A proven track record in large-scale AI solution implementation is required.
Understanding of AI governance and responsible AI principles is necessary.
Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and architectural patterns is preferred.
