• As an AI Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of AI/ML capabilities across the Lat 61 platform, which ingests, normalizes, and enriches diverse data sources.
• You will define the AI architecture, lead a team of engineers, and deliver practical AI use cases that scale.
• Your responsibilities include defining the overarching AI/ML architecture, leading a team, translating business opportunities into technical designs, architecting advanced data workflows, integrating AI components, establishing best practices for AI governance, and staying updated on emerging AI trends.

Requirements:

• You must have a proven track record as an AI/ML architect, tech lead, or senior AI engineer, delivering production-grade AI systems at scale.
• A deep knowledge of machine learning, LLMs, and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, and Hugging Face is required.
• Hands-on experience with vector databases, embeddings, graph data structures, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) is essential.
• A strong background in multi-cloud AI deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization, and MLOps is necessary.
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams, with the ability to set technical direction and ensure execution, is important.
• You should possess strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into AI-powered use cases.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required, particularly in leading design sessions and making trade-offs under tight timelines.
