The AI Art Lead will play a key role in founding and shaping Homa’s new AI Art Unit, reporting directly to the Creative Director.
Responsibilities include building and refining AI workflows for producing polished 2D, 3D, and animated assets, supporting traditional artists with AI-enhanced tools, owning AI-assisted video production, scouting and integrating new AI tools, and mentoring future hires.

Requirements:
Proven experience in technical art, VFX, or pipeline development within games, animation, or advertising is required.
Strong command of AI art and video tools such as Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, and Blender AI plugins, with the ability to adapt to evolving technologies.
Ability to design scalable workflows that support multiple art styles and formats while ensuring efficiency and quality.
A proactive R&D mindset with a passion for scouting, testing, and integrating new technologies is essential.
Bonus points for experience in mentoring others or setting up new creative or technical teams.
