SETR is seeking an AI Automation & Agent Deployment Engineer Virtual Assistant to join their remote team, preferably from the Philippines or LATAM.
The role is full-time, long-term, and offers a salary range of $1,200–$2,000 USD per month.
SETR specializes in building outbound sales systems powered by AI, deploying intelligent voice agents, email and SMS bots, and automation flows to enhance sales processes without human intervention.
The ideal candidate will work closely with the CTO, AI engineers, and the growth team to build internal systems, deploy agents using Relevance AI, and streamline operations using various platforms such as Zapier, n8n, GoHighLevel, Airtable, and Slack.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining automation workflows, managing Relevance AI agent workflows, setting up automation bridges between tools, managing internal documentation, QA testing automations, launching workflows for outreach and lead routing, and collaborating with senior engineers to automate manual tasks.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or Automation Specialist.
A strong working knowledge of automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, or similar is required.
Experience in using automation to connect CRMs, email, Slack, databases, etc., is essential.
Candidates should be resourceful, able to read documentation, and follow logical processes.
Familiarity with AI tools like Relevance AI, ChatGPT, or LangChain is a significant plus.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for clear documentation of work.
An obsessive attention to clean logic, smart triggers, and reliable systems is expected.
Bonus qualifications include experience with GoHighLevel, Airtable, webhooks, and APIs.
