Multiplica Talent is seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to design and implement AI-based solutions and automation with a clear, robust, and scalable architecture aligned with the strategic needs of the company.
The role requires practical experience with tools such as Gemini/Chat GPT (both user and API) and proficiency in n8n as the central automation platform.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing intelligent agents and automated workflows, integrating AI tool APIs (like Gemini, OpenAI, Claude) with internal platforms, and developing and maintaining automation flows using n8n.
The engineer will define technical and organizational guidelines for AI project implementation, document solutions, best practices, and reusable patterns, and collaborate with internal teams to translate needs into technical solutions.
Requirements:
A professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required.
A specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Software Architecture, or Process Automation is desirable.
Certifications in Gemini / Google Cloud GenAI, automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, RPA), and API integration or cloud architecture are preferred.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in developing digital solutions is required.
At least 3 years of direct experience working with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) is necessary.
1-2 years of experience working with AI tool APIs, particularly Gemini (both user and API), is required.
