• The AI & CAD Engineer will drive the development of AI-powered design automation tools and intelligent workflows to enhance circuit design, simulation, and verification across digital and analog domains.
• Responsibilities include developing AI-powered workflows for circuit design, building intelligent agents for schematic/layout generation, integrating RAG systems, applying advanced optimization techniques, collaborating with CAD and ML teams, interfacing with commercial EDA tools, and contributing to internal methodology improvements.

Requirements:

• A strong background in AI/ML tool development, particularly in optimization, agentic workflows, and automation is required.
• Candidates must possess a deep curiosity and understanding of semiconductor design, EDA workflows, and circuit design principles.
• Experience in building advanced AI systems such as intelligent agents, RAG pipelines, or design space explorers is essential.
• Solid software engineering skills in Python and C++, along with experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch, are necessary.
• Familiarity with IC design flows (digital or analog) and hands-on experience with tools like Cadence Virtuoso, Innovus, or Spectre is highly valued.
• An understanding of PDKs, device modeling, and semiconductor process constraints is considered a plus.
