We are seeking a creative, systems-oriented Content Marketing Lead to define how Integration App is presented to the world through written content, AI-powered workflows, and effective distribution.
The role involves close collaboration with the CEO, Head of Growth, Content Strategy, and the broader go-to-market team to transform insights from product, sales, support, and the market into scalable, impactful content.
This position requires a unique blend of curiosity, editorial instinct, and technical comfort with LLM workflows, focusing on building a system for generating content powered by a custom GPT trained on our data and structured knowledge.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a custom GPT for content generation, owning the content engine from idea sourcing to publishing, continuously sourcing insights from various teams, writing and editing content, collaborating with Growth and Product teams, distributing content through various channels, tracking content performance, and optionally creating supporting visuals.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS content marketing, product marketing, or a similar field.
Excellent writing and editing skills are essential, with the ability to simplify complex ideas into compelling narratives.
Comfort with using or training LLMs (such as GPTs, Claude, etc.) for content generation and research is required.
Experience in building or maintaining content workflows using templates, AI tools, and automation is necessary.
Strong editorial judgment is needed to identify interesting content and frame it effectively.
The ability to proactively source insights from cross-functional teams is crucial.
A curiosity about integrations, APIs, and SaaS workflows is important; technical knowledge is beneficial but not required.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory.
Bonus skills include design experience with tools like Figma, Canva, or basic image editing software.
