• Workana is seeking an AI Developer (Fullstack or Backend-Heavy) who is excited about Artificial Intelligence and has the autonomy to turn ideas into real features.
• The role is designed to proactively research and pitch concrete ideas to apply AI across the Workana platform.
• Responsibilities include building fast MVPs using third-party APIs or lightweight models to test hypotheses, turning internal ideas into functional prototypes, and acting as an internal AI reference across squads.
• The developer will work closely with product, growth, and data teams to identify and develop high-impact use cases.
• The position emphasizes constant learning, experimentation, and turning that learning into shipped value.

Requirements:

• Candidates should be Fullstack or Backend Developers with solid production experience.
• Experience with AI APIs or projects such as GPT, Claude, DALL·E, embeddings, and RAG is required.
• A passion for testing new APIs and reading the latest AI papers is essential.
• The ideal candidate should be execution-first, preferring to build rather than just brainstorm.
• Self-direction, initiative, and the ability to start without everything defined upfront are necessary traits.
• Candidates must know how to balance experimentation with production-grade delivery.
• Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Go, along with familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern infrastructure, is required.
