Familiarity with Brazil’s payments ecosystem, including systems like SPI, SPB, CIP, and installment payments.
Fluent English is required for clear communication with a multicultural, distributed team.
The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a remote team environment is essential.
Expertise in AI and automation tools, with experience using technologies such as ChatGPT, Cursor, AI-assisted debugging tools, or machine learning-enhanced CI/CD pipelines.
