The Workstation product team is seeking an AI Engineer to enhance customer operations by integrating AI agents into their internal platform used by support specialists.
The role involves developing tools that allow AI to assist humans in resolving tasks and improving customer service efficiency.
One of the initial projects will focus on automating the dispute resolution workflow, which involves complex processes that AI can help streamline.
Responsibilities include developing operational efficiency metrics, leading the design and development of AI features, automating routine tasks, enhancing workflow management, and establishing quality assurance systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must be fluent in Python and possess deep knowledge of statistical packages and machine learning/deep learning libraries such as Scikit-learn, NumPy, Keras/TensorFlow/PyTorch, and visualization libraries like Matplotlib, Plotly, and Seaborn.
Fluency in SQL and familiarity with data visualization tools such as DataStudio and Tableau are required.
A proactive and self-motivated attitude is essential, along with a commitment to staying updated on the latest advancements in AI, particularly in large language models and agentic architectures.
A strong track record of implementing and optimizing production machine learning systems in a commercial or startup environment is necessary.
Knowledge of agentic frameworks like Google ADK, CrewAI, and AutoGen is preferred.
Good knowledge of DevOps in a Data Science context, including MLOps and LLMOps, would be beneficial.
