  • The engineer will implement monitoring systems, stay updated on NLP and infrastructure best practices, and ensure the reliability of AI products.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with classification systems in production.
  • A solid understanding of NLP, text classification, and model evaluation is required.
  • Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain or custom-built agents is necessary.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 are essential.
  • Knowledge of ML pipelines, CI/CD for model deployment, and observability practices is expected.
  • The candidate should be comfortable balancing short-term fixes with long-term architecture decisions.
  • Experience in a high-growth or product-centric tech environment is preferred.
