The AI Engineer will report directly to the AI Lead and take ownership of the classification agentic infrastructure.
Responsibilities include enhancing and maintaining existing systems and building new AI-powered features.

Tasks include developing AI-enabled features, optimizing classification pipelines, collaborating with product and data teams, and deploying scalable solutions using AWS services.
The engineer will implement monitoring systems, stay updated on NLP and infrastructure best practices, and ensure the reliability of AI products.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with classification systems in production.
A solid understanding of NLP, text classification, and model evaluation is required.
Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or orchestration tools such as LangChain or custom-built agents is necessary.
Strong coding skills in Python and experience with AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, and S3 are essential.
Knowledge of ML pipelines, CI/CD for model deployment, and observability practices is expected.
The candidate should be comfortable balancing short-term fixes with long-term architecture decisions.
Experience in a high-growth or product-centric tech environment is preferred.
