Description:

• Aios Medical is seeking an AI Engineering Lead to architect their AI-first future and own the AI strategy across the ClinicOS platform.
• The role involves transforming healthcare access through intelligent automation and working closely with the Head of Engineering, CEO, and the AI engineering team.
• Responsibilities include building production AI systems, automating clinical workflows, and creating AI assistants to enhance provider effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of relevant experience in software engineering with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Strong experience in building production applications powered by LLMs, including prompt and context engineering, RAG systems, and model fine-tuning.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Typescript and/or Python is required.
• Experience in designing and building modern, customer-facing APIs is necessary.
• Candidates should be comfortable building user-friendly interfaces using React or similar frameworks.
• Experience in leading engineering team members is essential.
