Requirements:

• Candidates must have proven experience integrating AI/ML into real-world products, with ownership of the full lifecycle from modeling and evaluation to deployment and go-to-market execution.
• Experience working with large language models, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model selection, and retrieval-augmented generation, is required.
• Familiarity with orchestration tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or custom chaining frameworks is necessary.
• Knowledge of hallucination detection and mitigation strategies is essential.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform, and scalable AI deployment is required.
• Familiarity with embeddings, vector databases, and Elasticsearch is necessary.
• Experience with AI developer tooling, such as Cursor, intelligent CI/CD, and AI-powered QA, is required.
