Remote AI Engineer

Description:

• SuperDial is seeking an AI Engineer who is passionate about leveraging large language models (LLMs) to create innovative solutions in healthcare.
• The role involves designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions that enhance business-critical workflows.
• Responsibilities include optimizing and fine-tuning LLMs for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• The AI Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
• Ensuring high reliability and efficiency of AI systems in production environments is a key aspect of the role.
• The engineer will stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and apply relevant innovations to improve SuperDial’s product suite.
• Researching and developing new applications for voice AI and LLM-powered solutions is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Proven experience in implementing and scaling LLM-powered workflows using tools like Langfuse, TensorZero, or similar is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face are necessary.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for AI innovation are required for this position.
