Remote AI Engineer

Description:

• The position is remote and based in India.
• It is a full-time job.
• We are seeking a talented Gen AI Developer with at least 2 years of experience in NLP and Generative AI development.
• The candidate will work on building and enhancing AI-driven features such as chatbots, QA agents, and smarter reporting assistants.
• Tools used in this role include LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI, and Hugging Face.
• Experience in Django-based chatbot deployment and programmatic marketing is considered a strong plus.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying NLP and generative AI models.
• The candidate will integrate AI workflows to power conversational agents for campaign QA, reporting prompts, and performance recommendations.
• Collaboration with product and data teams is essential to embed GenAI features into AtomicAds' core platform.
• The role involves building and maintaining chatbot solutions using Python and Django for user interactions and dashboard integrations.
• The candidate will optimize AI pipelines for scalability, latency, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
• Implementing model monitoring and evaluation tools to ensure performance and fairness is required.
• The candidate must ensure secure, compliant deployment of models and APIs.
• Maintaining clear documentation, testing strategies, and version control is also part of the job.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in NLP and GenAI development is required.
• Proficiency in Python is necessary, with deep experience in AI frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, OpenAI API, and Hugging Face.
• Hands-on experience in building chatbot/service layers using Django or similar Python web frameworks is essential.
• A strong grasp of LLM architectures, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and evaluation is required.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to write clean, modular, and testable code.
• The ability to work in small teams with clear written and verbal communication is necessary.
