• Flexibility in work hours is provided, with an expectation to maximize overlap with California time (GMT -8).

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required; a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant quantitative field is preferred.
• Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in scalable system design.
• At least 2+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production environments is necessary, demonstrating a clear understanding of MLOps principles.
• Proven expertise in artificial intelligence concepts, machine learning, deep learning, predictive modeling, and natural language processing (NLP) is required.
• Deep proficiency in programming languages relevant to AI development, such as Python, and ideally experience with Java, C++, or Scala, along with hands-on experience with major deep learning frameworks is essential.
• Experience with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) is required.
• Candidates should have experience working in cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and platforms for model versioning, deployment, and monitoring is necessary.
• A strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and experience with large-scale data processing technologies is required.
• The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences is essential.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
