Remote AI Engineering Intern

Description:

• Atlan is seeking an AI Engineering Intern to join their team and work on real-world problems in data and AI.
• Interns will have the opportunity to build, innovate, and own impactful projects that shape the future of data and AI.
• The internship will involve working on projects such as building advanced RAG pipelines for Conversational Search, prototyping novel LLM applications, and creating AI agents to enhance the developer experience.
• Interns will learn from experts, understand customer needs, and build AI-native systems that integrate AI as a core part of the product.
• The internship will focus on areas like AI experimentation, conversational search, AI-native developer experience, agentic systems, and AI platform innovation.
• The program includes an onboarding week in January 2026, followed by a 6-month fully remote internship.

Requirements:

• Candidates must be students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in India, with a major in Computer Science or a closely related field.
• Applicants should demonstrate a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to the internship.
• AI-native builders who use AI tools in their daily development are preferred.
• Technical proficiency is a plus, including experience with LLMs, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and Python.
• Candidates should possess an experimental mindset, teamwork and leadership skills, and strong analytical thinking abilities.
• Public contributions to coding projects and effective communication skills are essential.
• Attention to detail and self-motivation are important traits for candidates.
