The position is for a Lead AI Engineer based in Korea, allowing for remote work from anywhere in the country.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 4 to 6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with practical deployment experience.
Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is essential.
A solid understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, training, validation, and monitoring, is necessary.
Experience with applied AI problems like recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk analysis, and natural language processing is preferred.
Candidates should have a track record of technical leadership and mentoring engineers, along with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must be based in Korea and able to work remotely with regional teams.
