Description:

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• Candidates should have 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with real-world model deployment experience.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is essential.
• A solid understanding of the complete ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, training, validation, and monitoring, is necessary.
• Experience with applied AI problems like recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk modeling, and natural language processing is preferred.
• Candidates should have a track record of technical leadership and the ability to mentor engineers effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
• The candidate must be based in China and willing to work remotely with regional teams.
