This is a senior-level, hands-on architecture role focused on designing scalable, production-grade systems for LLMs, agentic workflows, recommendation engines, multimodal models, and real-time AI services.
The role involves setting architectural direction, mentoring teams, contributing to presales efforts, and driving applied innovation.
Ideal candidates should be expert Python engineers with deep ML/AI experience and a passion for turning frontier research into robust, shippable systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 8+ years in ML engineering, software development, or applied research, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
Advanced Python skills are required, along with familiarity with backend languages such as Go, Java, or Node.js.
Proficiency is needed in the AI/ML stack, including PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers (Hugging Face), LangChain, JAX, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with production tooling such as MLflow, Weights & Biases, FastAPI, Kafka, Docker, Airflow, K8s, and Databricks/SageMaker/Vertex AI is essential.
Candidates should have deep applied experience in at least two areas: LLMs, recommender systems, AR/VR ML, computer vision, or knowledge graphs.
A strong understanding of model and data lifecycles, including experimentation, validation, and deployment, is required.
