Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically in delivering models into production, is necessary.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and experience with ML/NLP frameworks is essential.
  • A solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and NLP concepts is required.
  • Experience with fine-tuning and evaluating Generative AI models is necessary.
  • Familiarity with data processing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation is expected.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, as well as Docker and Kubernetes, is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design novel AI solutions in complex scenarios are essential.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven track record of working across multidisciplinary teams, are required.
  • The ability to lead projects with minimal supervision and synthesize complex information to drive strategic value is necessary.
