Requirements:

Strong proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as LangChain and PyTorch is necessary.
Proven experience with AWS and cloud-based AI deployments is required.
A solid understanding of AI model fine-tuning, optimization, and evaluation is essential.
Knowledge of reinforcement learning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and multi-agent AI architectures is needed.
Candidates should possess strong data intuition, with the ability to inspect raw logs, design metrics, and quickly identify quality regressions.
Hands-on experience with MLOps, including reproducible pipelines, automated evaluations, and CI/CD for models or prompt/embedding configurations, is required.
Familiarity with MLOps best practices for deploying and monitoring AI models in production is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment are essential.

Strong communication skills in English are required, with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
