The company is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 2-3 years of experience to join their team.
The role involves the end-to-end lifecycle of AI solutions, including understanding and preparing complex datasets, developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning models.
Responsibilities include collaborating with data stakeholders, performing data loading and cleaning, feature engineering, model development, system integration, performance optimization, and generating actionable business insights.
The engineer will also contribute to MLOps practices, work with cross-functional teams, and create comprehensive documentation.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 2-3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or a similar role focused on building and deploying ML solutions.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related quantitative field is required.
Strong proficiency in Python and experience with AI/ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Keras is essential.
Demonstrated skills in data manipulation and analysis using Pandas and NumPy are necessary.
Candidates should have a solid understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and statistical modeling.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including experience with version control (Git), testing, and code review practices, are required.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail are essential.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
