We are looking for a Product Engineer / AI Operator who can work across the product cycle, from defining features to deploying them in production.
The candidate should combine engineering expertise with a willingness to use AI tools as part of their workflow.
Responsibilities include shipping end-to-end features by designing, building, testing, and launching new functionalities and improvements.
The role involves embracing AI by utilizing AI coding tools and agents throughout design, development, testing, documentation, and operations.
The candidate must own quality by writing clean, well-documented code, maintaining sensible tests, and reviewing pull requests to uphold high standards.
Mentoring and sharing AI-driven workflows with teammates is essential to spread learnings across the team.
Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is necessary to enhance user experience and system performance.
The candidate should be prepared to support various tasks, including infrastructure tweaks and customer support.
The position requires working within a timezone of CET ±3 hours.
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in building production software, with strong skills in Python (FastAPI, async, distributed systems) and solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript/React.
A proven track record of shipping and owning customer-facing features in a fast-paced team environment.
The candidate should be a habitual power-user of AI development tooling.
Comfort in diving into unfamiliar domains such as cloud operations, CI pipelines, mobile, or complex customer workflows is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain trade-offs to both engineers and non-engineers.
Desirable but not strictly required qualifications include experience working with LLMs, React Native / Expo, Cloud Ops (AWS, Azure), Terraform, and exposure or curiosity to learn about the AEC industry.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from 60,000 to 90,000 EUR per year, depending on experience.
