• The role involves building internal and external tools using AI-driven development environments like Replit and Cursor.
• The position does not require advanced coding skills but requires a solid understanding of basic programming, debugging, API integrations, and effectively prompting AI tools to generate and refine code.
• Responsibilities include developing software, debugging AI-generated code, integrating APIs, automating workflows, developing dashboards, prototyping new tools, maintaining existing tools, ensuring security best practices, troubleshooting technical issues, and researching emerging AI tools.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have basic programming skills in languages like Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Replit, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is required.
• Familiarity with APIs and integrating systems using RESTful or GraphQL endpoints is necessary.
• Debugging skills to troubleshoot and refine AI-generated code are essential.
• An understanding of databases (SQL, Firebase, or similar) for storing and retrieving data is required.
• Candidates should have the ability to automate workflows and improve efficiency using scripts or low-code solutions.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and willingness to experiment with AI-driven development are important.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a developer is required.
• A strong understanding of basic programming and debugging, as well as familiarity with API integrations, is necessary.
