  • Familiarity with RAG, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, and LLMOps best practices is necessary.
  • A strong sense of product intuition and user empathy, particularly in educational contexts, is important.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required for cross-functional teamwork.
  • A desire to move fast, learn continuously, and create impactful solutions for students and teachers is expected.
