Requirements:
The ideal candidate has led research or applied science teams with a proven track record of coaching and impact.
Expert knowledge and experience with Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs), Diffusion Models, Variational Autoencoders (VAEs), and Autoregressive Models are required.
The candidate should possess deep skills in machine learning (ML), artificial intelligence (AI), or foundational model development and training, while still being hands-on.
The ability to translate cutting-edge research into practical, scalable solutions is essential.
Strategic thinking and scientific rigor in project direction and problem-solving are necessary.
The candidate must thrive in collaborative environments and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Staying current with research trends and a passion for continuous learning are important traits.
