  • The company aims to improve financial sustainability for hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) nationwide.
  • The AI Security Architect will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the security posture for all AI and Machine Learning initiatives across the organization.
  • This role requires collaboration with IT & Development teams to design and integrate advanced AI security tooling at the application level.
  • The architect will enhance the security capabilities of the flagship in-house application, "Enforcer," by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies.
  • Responsibilities include establishing a secure AI development lifecycle, evaluating and configuring AI/ML tools, and acting as the central point of contact for secure AI solutions.
  • The architect will develop and maintain a portfolio of approved AI tools and services, stay updated on AI landscape changes, and provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
  • Additional duties include managing the TPRM platform, streamlining AI vendor assessments, contributing to the Information Security team, and assisting in incident response and security architecture reviews.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have 5-7+ years of experience in a senior information security role.
  • Demonstrable experience within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, including securing data services like Azure Data Lake Storage, Azure Databricks, and Azure Machine Learning is essential.
  • A deep understanding of security challenges and controls for Large Language Models (LLMs) is necessary.
  • Proven experience in a dynamic business environment, particularly during significant technological transformations, is required.
  • A strong understanding of secure software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles is needed.

  • Experience managing servers, particularly in virtualized environments, is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills are necessary for collaboration across all functions of the company.
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills to assist in training staff on security directives are required.
  • Candidates should have problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A solid understanding of HIPAA and applicable compliance frameworks (SOC2, HITRUST) is important.
  • Strong project management and technical troubleshooting abilities are necessary.
