SAP Fioneer is seeking a visionary AI Security Lead Engineer to transform the security team through the strategic adoption and integration of AI technologies.
This role is central to reimagining security practices in a modern software development environment by leveraging AI to automate, optimize, and elevate security operations, policies, and culture.
The engineer will lead initiatives to embed AI capabilities into workflows, drive innovation, and ensure secure and ethical AI adoption across the organization.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and implementing AI-powered tools for security processes, enhancing productivity and collaboration, developing AI governance and policies, delivering training sessions, and advocating for secure AI development across teams.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years in a technical role within a corporate or enterprise environment, such as software engineering, DevOps, security engineering, or applied data/ML engineering.
A minimum of 3+ years of experience working with LLM-powered agents or applied AI/ML engineering, ideally in or adjacent to a security context, is required.
Strong hands-on experience in building intelligent agents using well-known frameworks and integrating them into real-world workflows is essential.
Proven ability to design, deploy, and maintain autonomous or semi-autonomous agents for task automation, internal tooling, or process augmentation is necessary.
Solid coding skills are required, with the ability to build and orchestrate AI-powered workflows and automation.
Candidates should have exposure to security-relevant applications of AI or a strong motivation to apply AI in security domains.
Understanding of AI security concerns such as prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, and safe deployment practices is important.
Experience in contributing to internal enablement, AI education, or secure adoption policies is preferred.
