Responsibilities include building tests that catch issues early, shaping quality practices across teams, and ensuring the platform is robust and secure for global customers.

Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in test automation using C#, Selenium, Reqnroll (SpecFlow), and REST APIs is required.
Strong knowledge of BDD, Gherkin syntax, and the ability to write clear, maintainable feature files is essential.
Experience in integrating automated tests into Azure DevOps pipelines or similar CI/CD workflows is necessary.
A background in large-scale SaaS platforms and service-oriented/modular architectures is preferred.
Strong collaboration skills with developers, product owners, and business analysts to clarify requirements and deliver quality are required.
Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot) for test generation and a foundational understanding of LLMs/ML frameworks is needed.
A solid grasp of performance testing practices and familiarity with observability tools is important.
Skills in contract testing, test data management, and mocking/stubbing strategies are required.
The candidate should be an analytical problem-solver with experience in root-cause analysis of test failures and system issues.
The ability to proactively identify architectural or business logic constraints that hinder scalable testing is necessary.
