  • The role of AI Software Architect/Developer involves building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up.

  • Responsibilities include serving as a cross-functional AI thought partner, leading technical evaluations of AI opportunities, setting technical vision for AI systems, providing architectural leadership, and mentoring senior developers.
  • The role also involves leading competitive AI landscape scanning, ensuring adherence to SOLID principles, developing proof-of-concepts, and guiding development teams in adopting AI technologies.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 12 years of software development experience, specifically in .NET/C# or JAVA, with a strong focus on architecture.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience building applications using LLMs or GenAI frameworks is required.
  • Proven experience in building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms is essential.
  • Candidates should demonstrate experience using proprietary data for fine-tuning and evaluating model performance.
  • Experience in developing AI-assisted solutions in the healthcare industry is a strong plus, along with knowledge of ethical AI practices.
  • A solid understanding of RESTful APIs and backend development in high transaction volume applications is necessary.
  • Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is required.
  • Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven design, and serverless computing is essential.
  • Candidates should have expertise in database design with both Relational and NoSQL databases.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • A strong understanding of security best practices and authentication mechanisms is necessary.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise performance architecture and failover strategies for mission-critical systems is required.
  • Experience leading Agile at scale and excellent executive communication skills are essential.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and influence architectural and product decisions is necessary.
