The AI Software Architect / Developer will lead the design, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions across a dynamic software and healthcare platform.

Key responsibilities include driving the strategic AI roadmap, leading technical evaluation and execution of AI prototypes, establishing AI architectural standards, mentoring engineering teams, conducting competitive AI landscape analysis, ensuring adherence to design principles, and supporting CI/CD and cloud deployment best practices.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 12+ years of software development experience, preferably in .NET/C# or Java, with a strong focus on architecture.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA) or GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), including RAG techniques, is required.
Proven experience in building and scaling high-transaction SaaS platforms with an emphasis on performance, reliability, and security is necessary.
Candidates should have experience leveraging proprietary data for fine-tuning, prompt orchestration, retraining, and monitoring AI models.
A solid understanding of backend development, RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (Azure or AWS), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is essential.
Expertise in microservices architecture, event-driven design, serverless computing, and database design (Relational and NoSQL) is required.
Familiarity with Agile at scale, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and enterprise performance optimization is important.
Strong executive communication skills are necessary to influence stakeholders and align technical strategy with business goals.
Experience in healthcare AI and ethical considerations in data privacy and de-identification is a plus.
