Requirements:
Candidates should have a strong software engineering background, preferably with experience in developing distributed systems or microservices, with Kotlin experience being a plus.
A solid understanding of modern AI/ML techniques, including large language models, transformers, and fine-tuning strategies, is essential.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, LangChain or similar frameworks, vector databases, and model deployment is required.
Experience with Databricks or equivalent ML platforms is necessary.
Applicants must be able to design, build, and maintain ML pipelines and serve models in production.
A track record of shipping high-impact products or research in fast-moving environments is important.
Candidates should possess curiosity and excitement for cutting-edge AI, along with the pragmatism to apply it effectively.
