AvantStay is seeking an AI Solution Architect to integrate Artificial Intelligence into their technology stack.
The role involves researching, prototyping, and implementing AI tools and practices that unlock new capabilities across the business.

Responsibilities include exploring and evaluating state-of-the-art AI technologies, designing and deploying production-ready AI features, collaborating with various teams, establishing best practices, up-skilling the team, influencing architectural decisions, and optimizing resources.
Requirements:
Proven experience in shipping AI-powered features that delivered real business value is required.
Hands-on experience with top AI tools such as LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex), vector search (FAISS, Pinecone), and agentic systems is necessary.
Strong programming skills in at least one language suitable for AI development, such as Python, are essential.
Experience in designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning or AI-powered systems is required.
Candidates should be comfortable with ambiguity, prototyping, and experimenting with fast-evolving tools.
A passion for teaching, writing clear documentation, and enabling others to learn is important.
Strong systems thinking and the ability to translate business problems into AI solutions are necessary.
A creative, pragmatic, and execution-oriented mindset is essential.
Experience working in or building a startup is a strong plus.
Benefits:
The position offers an annual salary ranging from $60,000 to $100,000 USD, depending on experience and location.
