Remote AI Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The AI Solutions Engineer will build AI growth workflows using AirOps that can be utilized internally and productized for customers across various verticals.
• This role involves evolving the services delivery playbook and resourcing, transitioning between execution and strategy.
• The engineer will use the AirOps platform to enhance internal and customer-facing processes while validating new use cases.
• Collaboration with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams is essential to create new templates and workflows that align with product launches and customer expansion opportunities.
• The position requires working cross-functionally with engineering, design, CX, growth, and content teams to quickly bring features to market and iterate based on feedback.
• The engineer will monitor key metrics, analyze trends and patterns, and recommend solutions to improve business outcomes, regularly reporting findings to the Executive team.
• Partnering with the design team on UX research initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversions throughout the customer journey is also a key responsibility.
• Testing the product and providing feedback to improve customer experience and usability is expected.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 2 to 6 years of experience in Growth, BizOps, Product, Technical Account Management, Analytics, Solution Engineering, or a similar role at a high-growth startup; former or aspiring founders are particularly encouraged to apply.
• The ideal candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where roles and responsibilities are fluid.
• A proven track record of managing complex, multi-threaded projects in a hybrid environment is required.
• Experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and retrieval, is necessary.
• Familiarity with automating processes using workflow automation tools like Zapier is essential.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data to inform decision-making are required.
• Excellent project management skills, including proficiency in project management tools such as Linear, Airtable, and Asana, are necessary.
• A strong interest in the intersection of AI and growth, as well as the emerging capabilities and applications of LLMs, is important.
• Familiarity with Python and JavaScript is preferred.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills are essential.
