Remote AI Solutions Engineer

Description:

• The AI Solutions Engineer will report to the Head of Sales Operations UK&I as part of the UK&I Sales Operations team.
• The role involves designing and deploying AI-powered automation solutions to enhance seller productivity, improve go-to-market processes, and increase revenue.
• Responsibilities include developing generative AI agents using technologies such as ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, Vertex AI, or equivalent LLM stacks to support sales productivity.
• The engineer will automate sales workflows, including lead prioritization, email generation, proposal drafting, and personalized outreach.
• The position requires defining and monitoring SLOs/KPIs through automated dashboards and A/B testing.
• Collaboration with sales, strategy, and data teams to identify automation opportunities is essential.
• The role includes integrating AI capabilities into CRM systems and sales enablement tools to improve daily operations.
• Monitoring and evaluating AI tool performance to ensure alignment with sales KPIs and goals is a key responsibility.
• The engineer will also develop training and documentation to support the adoption and scaling of AI tools across the sales organization.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience building production ML systems in Python, with expertise in SQL and Git.
• A solid understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and deploying models in production environments is required.
• The candidate should be an experienced communicator capable of translating go-to-market priorities into technical roadmaps.
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure AI, LangChain, and vector databases is necessary.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce, and marketing automation tools is expected.
• Experience deploying AI workloads to cloud platforms using Docker or Kubernetes is required.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills are essential for this position.
