Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in technical automation or software engineering roles.

  • Experience with AI tool integrations, particularly with ChatGPT, Claude, or voice LLM agents, is essential.
  • Candidates should be proficient with Make, Zapier, and process orchestration tools.
  • A strong understanding of data structures, logic trees, and automation design patterns is necessary.
  • The ability to debug and problem-solve across multiple systems and tech stacks is required.
  • Familiarity with Voice AI tools like ElevenLabs, Vapi, Decagon, Twilio, OpenPhone, or Aircall is a bonus.
  • Knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce and customer-facing automation architecture is also a bonus.
