The candidate will engage in full-stack automation development using tools like Make and Zapier, combined with custom JavaScript, APIs, and webhooks to create scalable workflows.
Responsibilities include developing and refining AI agents (voice and chat) that perform actions, respond intelligently, and integrate with CRMs, support systems, and databases.
The role requires troubleshooting and optimization, where the candidate will proactively identify gaps, test solutions, resolve errors, and iterate to improve performance.
The candidate will provide client-facing engineering support by joining client calls to explain systems, debug in real-time, and advise on optimization approaches.
Documentation and handoff are essential, as the candidate will create clear documentation of workflows, logic maps, and backend integrations for clients and teammates.

Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in technical automation or software engineering roles.
Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend logic flows is required.
Experience with AI tool integrations, particularly with ChatGPT, Claude, or voice LLM agents, is essential.
Candidates should be proficient with Make, Zapier, and process orchestration tools.
A strong understanding of data structures, logic trees, and automation design patterns is necessary.
The ability to debug and problem-solve across multiple systems and tech stacks is required.
Familiarity with Voice AI tools like ElevenLabs, Vapi, Decagon, Twilio, OpenPhone, Aircall, or other telephony APIs is a bonus.
Familiarity with CRMs such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as customer-facing automation architecture, is also a bonus.
