• The role includes client-facing engineering support, where the specialist will explain systems and debug in real-time during client calls.
• Documentation of workflows, logic maps, and backend integrations for clients and teammates is also required.
• The application process includes several stages, such as an initial application, video introduction, role-specific assessment, recruitment interview, executive interview, client interview, and job offer.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in technical automation or software engineering roles.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, REST APIs, webhooks, and backend logic flows is required.
• Experience with AI tool integrations, particularly ChatGPT, Claude, or voice LLM agents, is necessary.
• Candidates should be proficient with Make, Zapier, and process orchestration tools.
• A strong understanding of data structures, logic trees, and automation design patterns is essential.
• The ability to debug and problem-solve across multiple systems and tech stacks is required.
• Familiarity with Voice AI tools like ElevenLabs, Vapi, Decagon, Twilio, OpenPhone, or Aircall is a bonus.
• Knowledge of CRMs such as HubSpot or Salesforce and customer-facing automation architecture is also a bonus.
