HireHawk is seeking a senior AI Solutions Engineer to work remotely, preferably aligned with US time zones (PST).
This is a full-time contractor position requiring 40 hours per week, with an immediate start date.
The role involves partnering with growth and operations leaders to integrate artificial intelligence into various business functions including marketing operations, sales, recruiting, and customer delivery.
The engineer will be responsible for scoping, prototyping, and deploying AI solutions that align with the company's core business goals.
Key tasks include researching and implementing AI tools and frameworks, building generative AI tools, integrating core systems into scalable workflows, and automating business functions to enhance efficiency.
The engineer will collaborate closely with the Head of Growth to prioritize automation initiatives and stay updated on emerging AI tools.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, backend automation, or AI systems integration roles.
Proven experience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen, Crew AI, or similar is required.
A deep understanding of GPT, embeddings, RAG, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) is essential.
Strong API integration skills and proficiency in Python are preferred.
The ability to translate business objectives into technical system design is necessary.
Strong documentation and communication skills are required.
Candidates must be comfortable working fully remote and aligned with US time zones.
