The lead will identify, prioritize, and execute on AI opportunities that streamline workflows, reduce friction, and improve decision-making.
Prototyping and delivering solutions using modern AI platforms and frameworks such as LangChain, OpenAI, Claude, vector databases, and RAG pipelines is essential.
The role requires partnering with executives, data teams, and operational leaders to ensure reliable inputs and seamless adoption.
Change management will be driven through training, workshops, and clear communication of AIβs business value.
Developing organizational standards for AI adoption, including governance, KPIs, and best practices is a key accountability.
Collaboration with engineering, security, and external partners is necessary to ensure responsible, compliant AI deployment.
Building organizational AI fluency through enablement sessions, office hours, and ongoing stakeholder engagement is expected.
Requirements:
A proven track record as a technical individual contributor (engineering, ML, or data science) with hands-on experience building automation tools or software solutions is required.
Strong knowledge of modern AI tooling and frameworks, including OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, Claude, GPTs, vector databases, RAG, and prompt engineering is essential.
The ability to independently scope, build, and deliver impactful technical solutions in fast-paced, cross-functional environments is necessary.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are required, with the ability to engage credibly at both executive and frontline levels.
A strategic and analytical mindset, with a strong product sense to identify high-leverage AI opportunities is important.
