Remote AI Web App & Automation Developer

Description:

• As a Senior AI Web App & Automation Developer, you will lead the creation of internal tools and automations that leverage artificial intelligence to increase efficiency across the organization.
• You will design and develop custom web applications, automate data-heavy workflows (including spreadsheet and reporting processes), and integrate various APIs to streamline marketing and operations systems.
• This role requires proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js and Next.js), with deep experience in AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI’s GPT APIs) and workflow automation platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n, etc.).
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements and deliver solutions that empower the team to work smarter.
• This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to shape the internal technology landscape and have a direct impact on how results are delivered for clients.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in software development, with a focus on AI-driven applications and workflow automation is required.
• Proven ability to design and implement web applications using modern frameworks and languages, with expertise in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, including experience with Node.js and Next.js.
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI APIs (e.g., OpenAI GPT-4), familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, and knowledge of vector databases and prompt engineering best practices.
• Experience building or automating complex workflows and processes, with familiarity with integration/automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, Make.com, and the ability to create custom scripts or connectors as needed.
• Solid experience integrating with third-party services and RESTful APIs, and building scalable backend services to connect data across systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document work clearly.
• A self-motivated, creative problem solver who stays up to date with emerging technologies and can quickly learn new tools or frameworks, with a passion for leveraging AI to improve business processes.
