The role involves building delightful experiences on Android using Kotlin & Jetpack Compose.

The ideal candidate will have deep ownership of the Android product and will be one of only two Android engineers on the team.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
A motivation for solving users’ problems is essential.
The ability to solve technical challenges in a simple manner is required, avoiding complex or clever solutions.
Candidates should enjoy collaboration with engineers, product managers, and designers, and be open to mentoring and being mentored.
Deep experience with various languages and frameworks is necessary, along with a belief in using the right tool for the job.
Candidates should have a favorite product and be able to articulate what makes it delightful, as well as think critically about product improvements.
An eagerness to explore AI tools and workflows for productivity is also important.

The salary range for this position is $180,000 - $240,000 a year, plus stock options.
