Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable Android applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and ship new features, working with outside data sources and APIs, ensuring application performance and quality, bug fixing, and continuously discovering and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Candidates must have at least 4 years of work experience with Java/Kotlin and the Android SDK.
An understanding of Android UI concepts and design guidelines is necessary.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries is required.
Familiarity with Dependency Injection using Hilt is essential.
A background in object-oriented programming is needed.
Candidates should have a working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
A solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle is required.
Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and a fast learning ability are essential.
Having published applications on the Google Play store is considered a plus.
